Screen printing involves pushing ink through a mesh stencil (screen) onto fabric. Each color in the design gets its own screen, allowing for vibrant and long-lasting prints.

Dye sublimation uses heat to transfer dye onto fabric, creating prints that are bright, permanent, and won't crack or peel. It works best on polyester fabrics and is great for full-color designs.

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. It's a four-color process used in digital printing to produce full-color images by layering these inks in varying combinations.

Spot colors are pre-mixed, specific ink colors used in screen printing to ensure exact color consistency, often based on Pantone Matching System (PMS) standards.

Yes, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to match specific brand or design colors. This ensures consistent, accurate color reproduction across all garments.

Yes! While we generally use one print size for men’s and women’s garments, we can adjust artwork sizes to fit each garment for a more tailored look. This is available for an additional fee.

An underbase is a layer of white ink printed beneath other colors on dark garments. It helps colors appear vibrant and true to design.

Minimums vary based on the number of colors in your design:
1 color: 36 pieces
2–4 colors: 72 pieces
5–10 colors: 144 pieces

Absolutely. We send a digital mockup showing garment color, artwork size, placement, and positioning. We don’t start production until you approve the proof.

We prefer vector files such as AI, PDF, or EPS from Adobe Illustrator.
We also accept high-resolution (300 dpi) PSD or TIFF files at actual print size.
Please convert all fonts to outlines and keep layers intact in Photoshop files.

Unfortunately, low-resolution web images (e.g., JPGs from websites) won’t produce clean prints. We recommend vector artwork or 300 dpi raster images at full size.

PMS stands for Pantone Matching System, an industry-standard color system used to achieve precise and consistent color matching across different printing methods.
